Effective Date: February 2026 · Version 2.0
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Neurry’s application, website, and services (collectively, the “Service”), operated by Neurry (“Neurry,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a child, you represent that you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and that you accept these Terms on their behalf.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service following notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is designed primarily for use by parents and guardians of children. To create an account, you must be:
• At least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction;
• The parent or legal guardian of any child whose information or interactions are entered into the Service;
• Capable of forming a legally binding contract under applicable law.
Children do not create accounts on the Service. Where children interact with certain features of the Service — including Neurry Echo — this occurs under the supervision, presence, or explicit permission of the account-holding parent or guardian, as described in Section 6.
You must register an account to access the full Service. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to update that information as needed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@neurry.com of any unauthorised access to your account. Neurry is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.
Neurry provides parents and guardians with AI-assisted tools and structured practices designed to help build the interior capacities that children carry for life. The Service is grounded in an age-specific developmental framework that spans multiple cognitive and emotional dimensions, structured to reflect how children’s minds actually develop at different stages between ages 3 and 12.
The Service includes the following features:
An unlimited question experience — one question at a time — with no single right answer. Wonder questions are designed so the answer comes from within the child: from their imagination, their experience, and their own perspective. The value is in the reaching, not the arriving. Wonder is accessible to parents and, with parental facilitation, to children.
A personalised developmental practice built from the parent’s own description of what they wish to strengthen in their child, drawing on developmental research and cross-cultural wisdom traditions. Superpowers generates structured practice sequences calibrated to the child’s age and the parent’s stated goal.
Structured developmental tracks — including Thinker, Leader, Creator, and Explorer — with activities calibrated to the child’s age, track, and the specific toys the child owns. The Toy Factory feature within Foundation generates developmental play activities based on physical toys identified by the parent or child. See Section 10 for specific terms governing the Toy Factory and image uploads.
Real-time guidance for parents during live interactions with their child. Now is designed for use in the moment something is happening — providing the parent with an immediate, developmentally informed response rather than a retrospective one. Now maps across the full developmental framework depending on what the moment requires.
An AI-facilitated conversational feature powered by third-party AI technology. Echo operates across multiple modes:
• As a partner in completing Foundation and Superpowers activities — present in the interaction, able to assist, prompt, and respond to both parent and child as the activity unfolds;
• As a conversational companion for children — able to engage directly with the child within the context of a structured Neurry activity, in a manner calibrated to the child’s age and the practice in progress;
• As a standalone parenting companion — available to the parent independently, for parenting questions, reflections, and guidance outside of any specific child activity.
Echo is designed to be used with parental presence or explicit parental permission. See Section 6 for terms governing Echo’s use with children.
Neurry reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice to users.
Neurry does not collect personal data directly from children through account registration. Children do not create accounts or interact with the Service interface as independent registered users.
Data entered by a parent or guardian about a child — including the child’s first name, age, developmental observations, or activity inputs — is collected from the adult account holder, governed by our Privacy Policy, and subject to applicable children’s privacy laws including but not limited to:
• The Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States;
• The UK Children’s Code (Age Appropriate Design Code);
• The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable national implementations in the European Union;
• Any other applicable local laws governing children’s data in your jurisdiction.
Where children interact with Echo or other features within a parent-authorised session, any conversational data generated in that session is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. Neurry does not use data from child interactions for advertising, profiling, or any purpose beyond operating and improving the Service.
By using the Service, you confirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of any child about whom you provide information, and that you consent to the processing of that information as described in our Privacy Policy.
Neurry does not sell, share, or use data relating to children for advertising purposes.
Neurry Echo is designed as a conversational AI feature that can operate in both parent-only and parent-with-child contexts. Its conversational capability — including its ability to engage directly with a child — is a deliberate feature of how Echo supports developmental practice. Echo is not a standalone children’s product. It is a feature within a parent-managed service.
By allowing your child to interact with Neurry Echo — whether in the context of a Foundation activity, a Superpowers practice, or any other Echo session — you are authorising that interaction as the child’s parent or legal guardian. You represent that:
• You have reviewed the Echo feature and determined it is appropriate for your child’s age, maturity, and circumstances;
• You accept responsibility for supervising or permitting the interaction in accordance with your judgement as a parent;
• You understand that Echo is an AI system and may, on occasion, produce unexpected outputs, and that Neurry has designed age-appropriate safeguards but does not guarantee perfection.
Echo’s conversational behaviour is calibrated to the age entered for the child in the parent’s account. When a child’s age indicates they are between 3 and 12 years old, Echo applies the following safeguards:
• Language and complexity are adjusted to the child’s developmental stage;
• Topics, content, and conversational depth are bounded by the active Neurry activity or the parent-managed session context;
• Echo will not engage in open-ended conversation outside the defined Neurry context when operating in a child-facing mode;
• Any input that triggers Echo’s content safety systems will be declined, and the session will be returned to a safe state.
While Neurry acknowledges that children — particularly those aged 8 to 12 — may on occasion access Echo independently within a parent-authorised account, the Service is not designed for unsupervised child use. Neurry’s safeguards are built for the parent-mediated use case.
Neurry strongly recommends that parents:
• Introduce Echo to their child together before any independent use;
• Review Echo interaction history accessible in the parent dashboard;
• Set up device-level parental controls in addition to Neurry’s in-app safeguards where appropriate.
Neurry’s liability for interactions that occur when a child independently accesses Echo outside of a parent-supervised or parent-authorised session is limited as described in Section 13.
When used in its standalone parenting companion mode — without an active child session — Echo operates as an adult-facing conversational tool. In this mode, Echo is not subject to child-appropriate language safeguards and is intended for the adult account holder only. You must not allow a child to access Echo in this mode.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose: supporting the developmental practice of children in your care. You agree not to:
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without Neurry’s express written consent;
• Input content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, sexually explicit, or otherwise objectionable;
• Attempt to upload, submit, or introduce any image, text, or content that is sexually explicit, graphically violent, or otherwise inappropriate (“Prohibited Content”) — see Section 8 for how Neurry handles such attempts;
• Attempt to access, extract, or reverse-engineer the underlying AI systems, algorithms, or proprietary frameworks;
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable law, regulation, or these Terms;
• Attempt to circumvent or disable any content moderation, filtering, safety, or IP protection system built into the Service;
• Input the names, likenesses, or identifying characteristics of real individuals other than family members in your immediate household;
• Allow a child to use Echo in its standalone adult parenting companion mode.
Neurry’s systems automatically review all user-submitted content — including images uploaded through the Toy Factory feature, text inputs, and Echo voice or text interactions — against content safety standards. Content that is identified as:
• Sexually explicit or containing nudity (including “NSFW” content of any kind);
• Graphically violent or depicting harm;
• Containing identifiable personal data of individuals other than the account holder’s family;
• Otherwise in violation of Neurry’s content standards or applicable law;
— will be automatically declined, blocked from processing, and will not be stored, used, or transmitted by Neurry’s systems. You will receive an in-app notification that the content has been declined.
Content that is declined by Neurry’s safety filtering systems is not processed, not viewed by Neurry staff, not used to generate any output, and is deleted from Neurry’s systems without retention. Neurry does not store, log, or analyse the content of blocked submissions beyond what is necessary to operate the filtering system itself.
Neurry’s systems monitor for repeated attempts to submit Prohibited Content, including attempts to circumvent filtering through modified or encoded submissions. Repeated attempts may result in:
• Temporary restriction of upload or input functionality on your account;
• Account review by Neurry’s trust and safety team;
• Permanent account termination in cases of deliberate, repeated, or egregious violations.
Where a submission involves content that may constitute a criminal offence in the relevant jurisdiction — including any content involving the sexual exploitation of minors — Neurry reserves the right and, where legally required, accepts the obligation to report such content and associated account information to the relevant authorities.
The existence of automated content filtering does not diminish your responsibility as the account holder. You are responsible for all content submitted through your account. You agree that you will not attempt to submit Prohibited Content and that you accept the consequences described above if you do.
The Service uses artificial intelligence technology, including third-party AI systems, to generate content including Wonder questions, Superpowers practices, Foundation activities, Now guidance, and Echo conversations.
AI-generated content is provided for developmental practice purposes only. It does not constitute medical, psychological, clinical, therapeutic, or professional advice of any kind. Neurry is not a licensed clinical service. If you have concerns about your child’s development, mental health, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
Neurry takes reasonable steps to ensure AI-generated content is safe, appropriate, and aligned with our developmental framework. However, AI systems can produce unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing all content before presenting it to your child and for determining whether it is appropriate for your child’s specific needs and circumstances.
You agree to report any AI-generated content that you believe is inappropriate, harmful, or inaccurate using the in-app reporting function.
The Toy Factory feature generates age-appropriate developmental play activities based on a physical toy that the child owns. The parent or guardian — or, in a supervised session, the child — can describe or photograph the toy. The Toy Factory produces structured play suggestions designed to build developmental capacities appropriate to the child’s age.
The Toy Factory generates play activities and interaction ideas. It does not digitise, reproduce, render, or model the toy itself, its likeness, its design, or any characters associated with it.
Parents and children may upload photographs of physical toys to assist the Toy Factory in generating relevant activity suggestions. The following terms apply to all image uploads:
• Images must show only the physical toy being described. They must not contain people, faces, identifiable private locations, or any content that would qualify as Prohibited Content under Section 8.
• All uploaded images are processed through Neurry’s content safety filtering described in Section 8 before use. Images that fail safety filtering are declined and not processed.
• Uploaded toy images are used solely for the purpose of generating Toy Factory activity suggestions. They are not used for any other purpose without explicit parental consent.
• Neurry will not use photographs of toys uploaded through the Toy Factory on Neurry’s own marketing channels, advertising materials, website, or social media — regardless of whether the toy was photographed by a parent or a child.
• Uploaded toy images are not shared with third parties except as required to operate the AI processing systems (see our Privacy Policy for details of sub-processors).
• You may request deletion of uploaded images at any time through the in-app settings or by contacting privacy@neurry.com.
Many children’s toys are based on, or associated with, characters, names, logos, story worlds, and designs that are protected by trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights held by third parties (“Third-Party IP”).
Examples of Third-Party IP categories that Neurry will not reproduce include, without limitation:
• Named characters from entertainment franchises including major superhero, animation, and family entertainment universes;
• Named characters from children’s television, film, or streaming content;
• Named characters from video games, anime, or other digital entertainment;
• Specific product names, brand names, or model names of commercially licensed toys;
• Any logo, insignia, or visual identity associated with a third-party brand;
• Any content that reproduces, imitates, or approximates the visual, narrative, or character identity of a third-party IP.
When a parent or child enters a description that includes the name of a character, brand, or product protected by Third-Party IP, Neurry’s systems are designed to:
• Redirect the input to a generic, non-infringing description before generation;
• Generate play activities based on the generic description only;
• Not reproduce, reference, or elaborate on the specific Third-Party IP in any generated content.
These input filters are a technical safeguard, not an absolute guarantee. Neurry does not accept liability for content generated in response to inputs that contain Third-Party IP references. See Section 10.7 and Section 13.
All content generated by the Toy Factory is subject to output filtering designed to prevent the inclusion of named third-party characters, product taglines, identifying phrases, or narrative elements derived from third-party franchises. If output filtering identifies a potential IP issue, the content is withheld and a generic alternative is generated instead.
By using the Toy Factory, you acknowledge and agree that:
• You are responsible for the descriptions and inputs you provide, including inputs made during supervised child sessions;
• You will not intentionally circumvent Neurry’s input filtering;
• Any generated content you believe references Third-Party IP should be reported immediately via the in-app reporting function and should not be shared or distributed;
• Neurry does not grant any licence, right, or permission to use Third-Party IP. Ownership of a toy does not create any right to reproduce or reference the associated IP in generated content.
Neurry respects the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you are a rights holder and believe that content generated by the Toy Factory infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at legal@neurry.com with:
• A description of the intellectual property right you believe has been infringed;
• A description of the content you believe is infringing;
• Your contact information and a statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorised;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate.
Neurry will investigate all valid IP complaints and take appropriate action, which may include removing the content in question and improving filtering systems to prevent recurrence.
Neurry’s input and output filtering systems are designed to prevent Third-Party IP from appearing in generated content. They represent a good-faith technical and operational safeguard. They do not constitute a legal guarantee that no Third-Party IP will ever appear in generated content. Neurry’s liability in respect of Third-Party IP is limited as described in Section 13 of these Terms.
Neurry uses third-party AI infrastructure, including Google Gemini Live for the Echo feature. Your use of Echo is subject to both these Terms and the applicable terms and policies of the relevant third-party AI provider.
Neurry selects third-party AI providers based on their safety standards, content policies, and alignment with our approach to children’s content. We review these partnerships on an ongoing basis and will notify users of material changes to third-party AI providers used within the Service.
Neurry is not responsible for the outputs of third-party AI systems beyond what is described in these Terms. Third-party AI providers operate their own content policies, safety systems, and terms of service, which apply to your use of features built on their technology.
The Service, including Neurry’s proprietary developmental framework, practice methodologies, Wonder question system, Superpowers architecture, all brand content, visual design, software, and written content, is owned by Neurry and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended personal, non-commercial purpose. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership of Neurry’s intellectual property to you.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without Neurry’s express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Neurry’s total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Neurry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
• Loss of data or content;
• Harm arising from reliance on AI-generated content;
• Outcomes of interactions between a child and Echo that occur outside of parental supervision or authorisation;
• Third-party IP claims arising from user-provided inputs that circumvent or exceed the capability of Neurry’s filtering systems;
• Interrupted access to the Service;
• Content generated in response to Prohibited Content inputs where the user has violated Section 7 or Section 8.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damage. In such jurisdictions, Neurry’s liability is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Neurry, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:
• Your use of the Service in violation of these Terms;
• Content or images you submit to the Service, including inputs that include Third-Party IP names or references;
• Your violation of any applicable law or third-party right;
• Your misrepresentation that you are the parent or legal guardian of a child on whose behalf you use the Service;
• Any child interaction with Echo that occurs outside of parental supervision or authorisation and results in harm or a claim.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Neurry does not warrant that:
• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times;
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for every child in every circumstance;
• The Toy Factory’s IP filtering will identify and prevent every instance of Third-Party IP in generated content;
• Echo will always respond in a manner perfectly calibrated to a specific child’s age, temperament, or needs;
• The Service will meet your specific developmental objectives for your child.
Neurry is not a medical, psychological, therapeutic, or clinical service. Nothing in the Service constitutes professional advice of any kind. If you have concerns about your child’s development, health, or wellbeing, please consult a qualified professional.
When you submit observations, descriptions, images, or other content through the Service, you grant Neurry a limited licence to use that content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service, subject to our Privacy Policy.
You represent that any content you submit does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party, does not contain Prohibited Content as described in Section 8, and is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
Neurry does not claim ownership of your submitted content. Your licence to Neurry is limited, non-exclusive, and operates only as needed to provide the Service. It does not permit Neurry to use your submitted content — including toy photographs — for marketing or promotional purposes without your explicit consent.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@neurry.com. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Neurry reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, including:
• Repeated submission of Prohibited Content;
• Deliberate attempts to circumvent IP filtering in the Toy Factory;
• Allowing unauthorised individuals to access the Service through your account;
• Any violation of the terms governing children’s use of Echo.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, as amended. The seat of arbitration shall be Gurgaon, Haryana, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Subject to the arbitration clause above, the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matters not subject to arbitration.

This Schedule summarises Neurry’s approach to third-party intellectual property and image uploads in the Toy Factory feature. It does not replace or modify Section 10.
What parents and children can do:
• Describe a toy in general terms — its type, what it looks like, what it does
• Upload a photograph of the toy (subject to content safety filtering)
• Receive developmentally structured play activities built around the general description
• Report any generated content that references a third-party brand or character
What Neurry’s systems do:
• Filter uploaded images through content safety systems before processing
• Filter text inputs that contain named third-party characters and redirect to generic descriptions
• Filter generated outputs to prevent third-party character names, phrases, or identifying content
• Generate all Toy Factory content around the type and function of the toy, not the brand or character
• Delete Prohibited Content submissions without retention or use
What neither parents, children, nor Neurry’s systems do:
• Reproduce, reference, or elaborate on the specific design, narrative, or identity of any third-party character
• Use toy photographs for Neurry’s marketing, advertising, or social media channels
• Grant any right or licence to use third-party intellectual property
• Guarantee that AI filtering catches every possible instance of third-party IP in generated content
This Schedule summarises the key terms governing children’s interaction with Neurry Echo for quick parental reference. It does not replace or modify Section 6.
Echo can be used:
• By a parent alone — as a parenting companion and reflection tool (adult mode)
• By a parent with a child present — as a partner in completing Foundation or Superpowers activities
• By a child, in a supervised or parent-authorised session — within the context of a structured Neurry activity
Echo should not be used:
• By a child in adult parenting companion mode
• As an unsupervised, open-ended AI companion for children outside of Neurry activity contexts
• By anyone other than the account-holding parent and their children in the family household
Neurry’s safeguards in child-facing Echo mode:
• Language and complexity calibrated to the child’s registered age
• Conversational scope bounded by the active Neurry activity
• Content safety filtering active on all inputs and outputs
• Session activity accessible to parent in the parent dashboard
Parent responsibilities:
• Introduce Echo to your child before any independent use
• Review Echo interaction history periodically
• Use device-level parental controls as an additional safeguard where appropriate
• Report any Echo output you believe is inappropriate via the in-app reporting function
