Neurry ('we', 'us', 'our') is committed to protecting the privacy of children and families who use our platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use Neurry.
Neurry is designed to be used by parents and legal guardians together with their children. We do not allow children to use Neurry without parental involvement.
When you use Neurry, we may collect the following:
Neurry does not:
Your responses after activities help Neurry adjust future activity suggestions so they better fit your child's recent experiences. We use birth date and country information to provide age-appropriate, culturally relevant content.
We use your email address solely for account authentication (magic link or Google sign-in). We will not send marketing emails without your explicit opt-in.
Neurry requires verifiable parental consent before creating a child profile and storing any child-related data. During onboarding, a parent or legal guardian must affirm their relationship to the child and consent to data storage. The timestamp of this consent is recorded for compliance purposes.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Authentication is handled through Supabase (which uses secure, encrypted connections). Activity data is stored securely and access is limited to authenticated users for their own family's data only.
You can delete your child's profile at any time from within the app settings. When you request deletion, the associated activity history is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
If a child profile has been inactive for one year, we will automatically delete the associated data as part of our data minimisation practices.

Neurry uses the following third-party services to operate:
These services process data on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy policies. We do not share child-specific data with any third parties beyond what is necessary for the operation of these services.
Neurry uses PostHog, a product analytics platform, to understand how families use the app so we can improve the experience. PostHog collects anonymous usage data such as pages visited, features used, and session duration. PostHog may record anonymous screen sessions to help us identify usability issues.
Important: Session recordings are automatically disabled on interactive conversation pages (Neurry Intelligence and Echo) to ensure that no parent-child dialogue, questions, or responses are captured. These pages are excluded from all session recording.
PostHog analytics respects your browser's Do Not Track setting. If Do Not Track is enabled, no analytics data will be collected. PostHog does not use this data to track your child across other websites or apps, and no analytics data is sold to third parties.
Neurry complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide our service and require verifiable parental consent before collecting any information related to a child. We do not condition a child's participation on providing more information than is reasonably necessary.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or via email. Your continued use of Neurry after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
